Through my 15 years in the fitness industry, I have been fortunate to help save and change people lives all around the country. I believe that with the right motivation, accountability, and education, any person can achieve his or her fitness goals. When you work smarter and not just harder, with your body, it is surprisingly easy how much progress a person can make.

 

Everyone is built differently, so with the proper nutritional program along with a strategic training regimen specific to each client, I can help you transform your body! We here, at Johnny's Fit Club, can build the right road map to lead you to your fitness goals.

Richard has always had a passion for fitness. Richard's unique style of personal training has his clients raving about him! He has been a huge asset for the JFC family and will help guide you all the way to your goal in a fun, motivating way. He is personable, passionate, and dedicated to not only his clients, but to the staff and our entire customer base.

Mark

SE Fitness Manager - NCCPT CERTIFIED 

 

Poached from the rank of our own members, Mark brings a combination of both strength and endurance specialization. With award-winning performances, both on the bike, and under a barbell, he is perfect for someone looking to get stronger, leaner, and faster.  

His energy and passion for fitness shine through. He also leads boot camps that combine strongman, HIIT cardio, and core strengthening movements.  

Last but not least, Mark has also helped bring old-fashioned Russian kettlebell training into the modern era with his Kettle Krusha class.

I quickly realized that fitness was my passion about 10 years ago and I couldn't see myself doing anything but this. As your trainer, not only will I whoop your butt into the best shape of your life, I will structure and walk you through this process the entire way to your goal. If you choose me as your trainer we will always have fun, but you will recieve the best guidance and accountability that you have ever had from a trainer. I work with all exercise levels and conditions.

Carsen

SE Fitness Manager- BS in Health Science

 

Carsen has a true desire to help people accomplish their fitness goals to live healthier lifestyles. with experience as a physical therapy technician, Carsen understands the hard work it takes to make lasting changes to health and fitness. He is dedicated to his clients by being available to answer their questions and keep them on track to their goals. No matter what your fitness level is, Carsen will work with you on your journey to a healthier life.

Shea Coates

SE Personal Trainer - BS in Biopsychology and NASM Certified

Human health and well-being has been a huge part of my life for many years now. I truly enjoy making a positive impact in other people’s lives, which is why I took the path of personal training. I have played many different sports throughout my life, including baseball through my senior year of college. I absolutely understand the rigors of exercise and how repetitive it can be, so I try to make things as fun and enjoyable as possible. I implement a wide variety of exercise styles that include crossfit, strength training, and muscle endurance. I would like to create an encouraging relationship to help guide you to achieve your fitness goals.

Dan and Marci

West Location Partners/Owners

 

Marci and Johnny met at his first ever Boot Camp, before there was a gym and he just ran camps at high schools in 2008. Over the years they have built a bond of friendship and their families have become very close. Dan used to come support Marci at 5:30am when she was working her butt off in the boot camps with 30 other women. Johnny and Dan became close and was Johnny's best man in his wedding. After many years of talking about partnering up to expand the JFC brand, Johnny and Dan finally did it in 2014 with the opening of our new West location. 

 

 

 

Specialty- Customer Relations, Billing, Exersice science degree.
