EAST & WEST LOCATION MEMBERS- (DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MEMBER TO JOIN THIS CHALLENGE).

This challenge will dial you in from day one! Once you take your starting measurements and a before photo we will handle the rest by designing your personalized meal plan from our partners at Nutrishop Boise, printing out a full body comp report and handing out free protein shakers this day to get you started. Your meal plan will be done by a licensed nutritionist. This plan will be based on your body type and goal. 8 weeks goes by so fast and so do transformations.

 

• Starting Measurments WEST LOCATION- Wednesday, September 14th from 11am-6pm

• Starting Measurments SOUTH EAST LOCATION- Thursday,  September 15th from 11a-6pm

• Final Measurments- November 16th West Boise Onsite (3-7pm) & November 17th SE Boise Onsite (3-7pm). 

 

IMPORTANT: If you are unable to weigh in onsite on (September 14th, 11am-6pm) at our West Location or at our Southeast Location (September 15th, 11-6pm) we have extended weigh ins off site at Nutrishop between the 14th and 30th of September. Nutrishop is located at 1265 N. Capitol Blvd, 83706.  Located across BSU off Capitol and University.
